Cost: $1,095 per team member
Tuition includes continental breakfast all three days and lunch on Thursday and Friday.

Travel & Accommodations
A discounted room block is reserved for your convenience at the Scottsdale Resort and Conference Center. Please contact the hotel (480-991-9000.) directly to make your arrangements. The hotel provides a shuttle to and from Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport for a competitive cost. The resort is conveniently located between Old Town Scottsdale and Kierland Commons, which feature restaurants and shopping. Mary Osborne is a Registered Dental Hygienist and has been a leading educator in team management and communications for over a decade. Beginning her career as a hygienist, she worked as a clinical team member for 20 years. From 1998 to 2004, Ms. Osborne worked for ProSynergy as a consultant offering in-office programs for dental teams. She lectures nationally at dental meetings and for small groups, and is a member of the visiting faculty of The Pankey Institute. She offers additional workshops, coaching and facilitation through her company Mary H. Osborne Resources.
Joan Unterschuetz earned a Master’s Degree in developmental psychology. Beginning her work in dentistry as a consultant to a pediatric dental team in Eastern Washington, she fell in love with the profession. Since that time Ms. Unterschuetz has worked with teams around the country and launched Continuums Consulting. Her passion is facilitating group conversations and she has become a frequently requested facilitator for dental study clubs.
