Lee Ann Brady, LLC considers your course registration to be a firm commitment for you to attend and a space in the program is reserved for you upon receipt of your registration deposit or payment. However, we understand emergency situations may arise so we have established the following policies for cancellations and refunds.
Courses, Workshops & Programs
A full refund of deposits and subsequent balance payments, less a $100 fee to cover our processing expenses is available until 60 days before the start of the event; a 50% refund is available until 30 days before start of workshop. We are unable to provide refunds for cancellations less than 30 days before a course begins. Refund requests must be made in writing and are subject to our refund processing guidelines (see below).

In some cases, subject to certain limitations and with written notice, you may transfer your balance to a future program, if available. During the full refund availability period, you may transfer your balance to any future program with no fee. On a case-by-case basis, during the 50% refund period we may be able to transfer your balance to a future program with a reduced fee to cover certain costs that we will incur. Transfers may not be available for all events.
All requests for refunds must be made in writing to Lee Ann Brady, LLC. Refunds of payments made via Mastercard, VISA, Discover Card or American Express will be applied only to the original card that was charged. We are unable to provide refunds to a different credit card than was originally used for payment. Please allow 7-10 business days for processing by us and our merchant services provider. For payments made via check or money order, refunds will be made by check to the original Payor only and may be delayed to ensure the original payment has cleared our bank.
Lee Ann Brady, LLC reserves the right to cancel or reschedule events as necessary. In such a case, registration fees will be refunded in full, or participant may elect to transfer these fees to a future workshop, online seminar or other program. In no event shall Lee Ann Brady, LLC or its presenters, organizers, members, employees, owners or affiliates be liable for any cancellation or change penalties assessed by an airline, common carrier, car rental agency or hotel as a result of course date changes or cancellations.
